Daniel Liebeskind

Daniel spent half a decade as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Barclays and a Venture Capitalist at Summit Partners.

Daniel programmed in Basic and Java when he was younger and spent 6 months in ’13 at the premier coding bootcamp Hack Reactor focusing on javascript-related frameworks.

He started several companies in high school and college with mild success and is looking for the next big thing as a hacker and startup founder in San Francisco.

Daniel is particularly interested in emerging technologies (things that will be big in 5-10 years).  If you are interested in hacking on or chatting about any of the following topics, shoot him an email:

  • Javascript and its related frameworks/libraries (including Node.js, Express.js, Angular.js, and Mongo)
  • Robotics & hardware (including drones, the internet of things, and anything related to microcontrollers)
  • Synthetic biology and biohacking, which will result in massive strides forward in human capabilities, longevity and quality of life
  • Nanotechnology, which will likely lead to the most disruptive technological paradigm shift of our generation
  • 3D printing, which will lead to the same sort of revolution that software has seen from the availability of cloud storage and delivery
